2. Who we are
Mumtaj Vegetable is a local vegetable supply business operated by Juber Babaso Bandar, based at Kumbhar Galli, Ghunaki, Hatkanangle, Kolhapur – 416112.
3. Placing an order
Orders can be built on this website and sent to us via WhatsApp, or placed directly by phone. An order is only confirmed once we've acknowledged it back to you — adding items to your basket does not guarantee availability.
4. Pricing
Vegetable prices change daily with mandi rates and are updated on this site each morning where possible. The price confirmed to you at the time your order is accepted is the price you pay, even if the listed price changes afterward.
5. Delivery
We deliver within our stated service area and time slots — see our Service page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; weather, traffic, and mandi supply can occasionally cause delays, and we'll let you know if that happens.
6. Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery and UPI payment made directly to our delivery person. We do not process online payments through this website.
7. Quality, returns & refunds
Vegetables are perishable, so we don't accept general returns. If something arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as ordered, tell us within 2 hours of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund it for that item only.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by calling or messaging us before we've started picking your order for the day. Once picking has started, we may not be able to cancel that day's order.
9. Limitation of liability
We take care in sourcing and packing, but we don't accept liability for losses beyond the value of the order itself, except where required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

We use your details only to confirm, prepare, and deliver your order, and to reach you if there's a question about it. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

We don't share your details with third parties, other than what's needed to deliver your order — for example, our delivery person seeing your address and phone number.

This website doesn't have a backend order system. When you check out, your order details are sent directly to our WhatsApp number and are stored there like any other WhatsApp message, not in a separate database.

This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Your basket is held in your browser's memory for your current visit only, and clears if you refresh or close the page.
